KUKA robot programming
Most of our work is related to KUKA robots. KRL programming with a structured program layout, handling of process parameters, fieldbus connection to the cell controller.
Programming of new robot cells, modification and troubleshooting of existing robot programs, offline simulation and on-site commissioning – following the manufacturers’ guidelines, with a clear program structure.
The robot program is the heart of the cell: it determines the cycle time, repeatable quality, and how independently operators and maintenance staff can run the system. That is why we do not aim for the program that can be written fastest, but for the solution that stays maintainable in the long run: modular structure, meaningful names, consistent error handling and documented interfaces to the PLC and peripherals.
In a new system the robot program is developed together with the cell concept, so grippers, fixtures and safety zones are matched to the robot’s motion from the design stage. In an existing system we first map the running program and the signal assignment, and only then make changes – so production remains predictable during and after the intervention.

Creating and reworking TP programs, register and signal assignment, integrating peripherals and cameras, cleaning up existing programs.
RAPID program structure split into modules, orderly handling of work objects and tool data, communication with the PLC.
AUCTECH robots with INEXBOT controllers – a cost-effective alternative with the same careful programming, integration and documentation.
Programming Universal Robots and other cobots in fenceless or partially guarded workstations based on risk assessment.
Where robots from several manufacturers work in one plant, we create consistent logic and signal assignment so maintenance stays simple.
A large part of the robot paths can be prepared in simulation, on the 3D model of the real cell. This shows before any on-site work whether the robot reaches every position, where collisions might occur and what cycle time to expect.
On site, the work is then fine-tuning rather than programming from scratch – which shortens the period of production downtime and reduces commissioning risk.
In a running cell we look for reserves by reviewing motion profiles, approach points, waits and handshakes with the PLC – without giving up process reliability.
Review of the task, the existing program, the signal assignment and the safety system.
Program structure, interfaces, simulation and scheduling to suit production.
Paths, logic and error handling, then fine-tuning and trial production on site.
Program backups, documentation, operator training and quick help after handover.
Our site is in Jászfelsőszentgyörgy, right next to Jászberény, so we can reach plants in the Jászság region, Jászberény, Szolnok and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County quickly. We also take on work in Central Hungary – Budapest, Pest County, the Gödöllő and Hatvan area –, in Heves County and in other regions of the country.
We organise the work around the task: on site next to the production line, prepared and tested at our own premises, or – where the operator provides it – via secure remote access.
Yes. We first map the running program, the signal assignment and the safety system, make a backup, then carry out the agreed modification step by step, with checks.
Mainly KUKA, FANUC and ABB robots, as well as AUCTECH (INEXBOT controller) Chinese robots and collaborative robots. For other brands we discuss the task first.
Diagnostics and logic changes can be done via remote access if the operator provides it securely. Changes affecting motion are always verified on site.
Briefly describe the process and the goal – we will get back to you shortly and suggest the next step.
