Machine tending robot cell
Automatic tending of CNC machines, milling machines, furnaces and other production equipment, with part storage, even for multi-shift unattended operation.
Complete robot and production cells from one source: concept, mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing, assembly, programming, commissioning and training.
As a robot integrator we do more than programming: we deliver complete robot and production cells. From the concept through mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing and assembly to programming and commissioning, everything comes together in one team.
This way mechanics, electrics and software are aligned on the drawing board. There are no coordination losses between subcontractors, and it is clear who is responsible for the cell working.
Cell layout, robot and technology selection, cycle time estimation, 3D simulation and reachability study.
Grippers, fixtures, frames, safety fencing and material flow designed in 3D.
Schematics, control cabinet, field wiring and safety concept.
Robot, PLC, HMI and vision system – aligned with each other, in a clear structure.
Part manufacturing, cell assembly, wiring and on-site installation.
Trial production, factory and site acceptance, documentation and training.
Automatic tending of CNC machines, milling machines, furnaces and other production equipment, with part storage, even for multi-shift unattended operation.
MIG/MAG arc welding cells with positioners or turntables, recipe-based welding parameters and a safe operator side.
Recipe-based stacking patterns, boxing, product handling between stations, pallet change within the cell cycle.
Component insertion, pressing, torque- and angle-monitored screwdriving with step-by-step verification.
Dimension and presence checks, OK/NOK decisions, automatic reject sorting and logged results.
Machines and stations designed for specific production tasks where no off-the-shelf solution exists.
Robot applications in detail, with an interactive 3D showcase
The safety concept of the cell is not an afterthought. While designing the layout we already define the safety fencing, door interlocks, the zones of safety laser scanners and light curtains, and how operators intervene.
We implement safety functions based on the risk assessment and support the customer in compiling the technical documentation needed for conformity.
Our site is in Jászfelsőszentgyörgy, right next to Jászberény, so we can reach plants in the Jászság region, Jászberény, Szolnok and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County quickly. We also take on work in Central Hungary – Budapest, Pest County, the Gödöllő and Hatvan area –, in Heves County and in other regions of the country.
We organise the work around the task: on site next to the production line, prepared and tested at our own premises, or – where the operator provides it – via secure remote access.
We are manufacturer-independent: we recommend a robot based on the task, cycle time, payload and the plant’s existing robot fleet. If the customer specifies a brand, we follow it.
Yes. In machine tending cells we usually integrate the robot with the existing machine tool; for this we assess the machine’s control and communication options.
Where the size of the cell and the task allow it, we verify the cell in a factory acceptance trial run before installing it on site.
Briefly describe the process and the goal – we will get back to you shortly and suggest the next step.
