About us

Complex automation, from design to maintenance.

KK-Innovations Kft. specialises in robot programming, PLC control engineering, vision systems and the automation of custom machines and production cells. Our founders have worked in industry for years: on automotive production lines, electronics assembly stations, robotic welding cells and custom special-purpose machines.

Our philosophy We don't just aim to satisfy our partners – we want to earn their trust and keep it for the long term.

Communication

OPC UAMES integration

Our main platforms. Pneumatics and field devices: always according to the manufacturer used on site (e.g. SMC).

Robot programming

Many robot brands, one consistently high standard.

KUKAABBFANUCAUCTECH / INEXBOTUniversal Robots

We bring broad robot programming experience gained on real-world projects. Most of our work involves robots from the leading manufacturers – above all KUKA – but we don't shy away from Chinese robots either: we program and integrate them with the same care.

Every robot in its own language

KUKA KRL, ABB RAPID, FANUC TP – following the manufacturers' guidelines and making full use of each controller.

Chinese robots too

AUCTECH robots with INEXBOT controllers – a cost-effective alternative, delivered with the same care.

Taking over existing programs

Analysing, fixing and further developing robot programs written by others.

Extension and modification

Adding new products, positions and peripherals to running robot cells.

On-site commissioning

Fine-tuning and trial production right next to the line, with minimal disruption to production.

Support after handover

Operator training, modifications and quick help in case of faults.

Turnkey cells

The complete cell from one source – from first sketch to production.

We don't just program: we also deliver complete robot and production cells. From the concept through mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing and assembly, all the way to programming and commissioning – everything comes together within one team.

This way mechanics, electrics and software are aligned right from the drawing board – resulting in a unified, transparent solution with shorter lead times.

In-house development

IMS – industrial monitoring and fault notification system.

  • Real-time RUN / STOP / FAULT monitoring from the PLC
  • Instant push and e-mail notification on faults
  • Only the maintenance technician assigned to the machine is notified
  • Analytics: availability, MTTR, fault statistics
  • Full audit log and acknowledgement workflow
  • OPC UA based communication
  • Runs on the customer's own server, no cloud
  • Quick rollout, ready to use in a short time

Goal: less downtime, faster fault handling, transparent maintenance.

Management

Two owners, two managing directors, direct access.

Direct contact, short decision paths: every project has a responsible engineer who knows the details from the quote to the handover – so your questions get answered quickly.

Let's get started

Is there a production line or process you would like to make faster and more predictable?

Briefly outline the task. There is no need for a detailed technical specification right away – what matters is that we see the current bottleneck and the goal.
